Tiger Skin Egg

Prepare, 1 chive, 3 hard-boiled eggs, star anise, garlic, ginger, dried red pepper

Treat each onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, and dried chili

After peeling the boiled egg, deep fry it slightly

Fry until golden and remove

Tips:
