Tiger Skin Quail Eggs

Cook the quail eggs in a pot of cold water!

Cool the boiled quail eggs in cold water and peel them off. Drain the water and set aside!

Pick up the frying pan, put in a proper amount of oil, heat the quail eggs in the oil, and fry the quail eggs until they resemble tiger skins!

Put the oil in the pan again, pour in the sweet chili sauce and tomato sauce, add a little salt to taste, and stir-fry until it is sticky!
5.
Lay the quail eggs and stir-fry evenly!
6.
Sprinkle cooked white sesame seeds out of the pot!
