Tiger Skin Tofu with Minced Meat

Prepare the ingredients and chop the lean meat

Tips:
1. It is best not to use soft tofu for this dish, because the soft tofu is easy to break, you don’t need to add oil when you start frying. Tiger skin is enough, the internal organization will be too dry for too long;
2. The ingredients can be adjusted according to your own preferences, but it is best to add some meat, so that it can improve the taste and improve the utilization and absorption of protein by the body.
