Tin Foil Enoki Mushroom-oven

Rinse enoki mushrooms, squeeze out water and set aside

Sprinkle the enoki mushrooms with minced onion and millet pepper

Soy bean paste, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, sugar to make a juice

Sprinkle the enoki mushrooms with ground peanuts and white sesame seeds (you can leave them alone), and then sprinkle the juice evenly on top

Preheat the top and bottom of the oven to 200 degrees and bake the middle and lower layers for about 15 minutes!
