Roll up from top to bottom

Cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 15 minutes;

Roll out each dough from the seam and roll it up from top to bottom;

Put it in the kitchen toast box;

Put two shots in a warm place;

After the second serving, the Donglingyan oven selects menu 4: toast, and puts the fermented toast into the oven. For ordinary ovens, the upper tube is 145 degrees, and the lower tube is 170 degrees, 45 minutes. Please refer to your own oven for the specific time and temperature.
Tips:
Increase or decrease the amount of water according to the amount of water absorbed by your own flour and the humidity of the air.
