Tofu

Cut the tofu into about 5mm thick slices. Spread appropriate amount of salt on both sides and marinate for about 15 minutes. Shred green onion and ginger.

The eggs are broken up, the tofu is covered with a thin layer of starch, and the egg liquid is added to the egg liquid.

Fry in a frying pan until golden on both sides.

Pull to the side, add green onion and ginger and stir fry for a nice aroma.

Pour the cooking wine, light soy sauce, 1 small bowl of water (better with chicken broth), oyster sauce, and sugar along the side of the pot. Bring to a boil and simmer on a low heat.

Boil until the soup thickens and sprinkle with chopped chives.
7.
Take out the pan and serve.
