Tofu and Vermicelli Soup with Meatballs and Oil

The minced meat is seasoned with soy sauce.

Then add the green onion and ginger water and stir well. Soak the vermicelli in warm water and set aside.

After chopped onion and water chestnuts, add them to the minced meat.

After mixing well, add egg liquid and starch, stir until the minced meat is strong, and make into small balls of about 20 grams.

After the water is boiled, turn the heat to low and add the meatballs.

Bring to a boil over high heat, add oil tofu and soy sauce.

After the balls rise, add the vermicelli and cook for 3 minutes.
