Tofu Ball

1. Prepare the ingredients in advance

2. Grab the tofu with your hands and set aside

3. Chopped pork belly into minced meat; chopped coriander and green onion; diced sour radish; crushed cooked peanuts and set aside

4. Put the minced pork belly and some salt into the tofu, mix well and set aside

5. Put the red oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sour radish, chopped peanuts, vinegar, coriander, green onion, and salt into a bowl and stir evenly to make a sauce for later use

6. Pour the oil in the pot and heat it to 80%, rub the well-mixed tofu balls into small balls and fry them on low heat until the tofu balls are fully floated and golden in color. Remove the oil and drain the oil.

7. Put the tofu ball on the plate and serve with dipping sauce
Tips:
1. There are southern tofu and northern tofu on the market. This dish uses northern tofu with less moisture.
2. Put a little less salt when mixing tofu balls, because the dipping sauce also contains salt to avoid salty
3. When frying the balls, use a low fire, put the balls in the pot for 2-3 minutes to set the shape, and gently flip them with a spoon to avoid breaking the balls
