Winter is coming and the New Year is almost here, and people are busy smoking bacon and fish again. My family is no exception and also made some cured fish and meatballs, but this year's meatballs are not the same as previous years. They are fried directly in an air fryer without smoking. It is much simpler and not much different from smoked bacon. The taste is healthier. I made two types of meatballs, one is fish and lean meat balls, and the other is tofu and lean meat balls

Lean Meat Tofu Meatballs--air Fryer

1. Prepare tofu, minced garlic, pork

2. Dice meat, cut tofu

3. Put the sliced meat into the meat grinder

4. Put in garlic

5. Put the lid on and start the meat

6. Minced meat

7. Put in tofu

8. Close the lid and turn on the power to constrict the tofu

9. Minced meat and tofu

10. Put salt, chili powder, cumin powder, star anise powder in a bowl

11. Mix well and leave for more than an hour to taste

12. Put the oven paper on the inner pan of the air fryer. Because the mixed mud is too wet, it is not easy to set the shape. There are holes in the bottom of the air fryer, so the oven paper is used to set the shape.

13. Put it in an air fryer and bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes,

14. Remove the oven paper and turn it over,

15. Set it into the air fryer again

16. Bake at 160 degrees for another 20 minutes

17. This is lean meat tofu balls

18. This is fish and lean meatballs

19. The roasted meatballs are fried with their favorite side dishes.
