Tofu Box

Cut the tofu into two pieces, and use a knife to hollow out the tofu in the middle to form a square. Minced meat is added with auxiliary materials and set aside

Put the mixed minced meat into the tofu box and press the corn kernels on top. Another point is that the tofu box should be rolled in the glutinous rice flour to make it better when frying.

Add edible oil and start frying. It will be nice if the outside is burnt and the inside is tender, but you have to turn it over and over to fry.

Put the fried tofu box on the plate and wait for the sauce

The juice can be made into the juice you like, and personally like the sour and salty juice, so I use light soy sauce, rice vinegar and gorgon powder to make the juice, and then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
