The tofu is divided into small pieces of the same size, and the middle is hollowed out with a spoon, as shown in the picture, this process needs to be careful to avoid digging the tofu.

Put a little oil in the pan, add chopped green onion and diced bell pepper, add a little light soy sauce and oyster sauce, and then some tomato sauce, and finally pour in the water starch. The water starch should not be too thick, otherwise If the thick gorgon juice is too thick, it will not look good, and it will also affect the taste.
