Tofu Braised with Seafood Meat Sauce

Cut the tofu into strips, then blanch the tofu together with winter bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms in boiling water.

Heat up a frying spoon, add some cooking oil, stir-fry the scallions and ginger, add the seafood meat sauce, and stir-fry. After the sauce is fragrant, cook in the Shao wine and stir well.

Cook in soy sauce and stir well, then pour in appropriate amount of water and stir well.

Bring the soup to a boil, add tofu, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots, simmer for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with a little pepper and MSG to taste.

After adjusting the flavor, thicken the starch with water.

After the gorgon juice is gelatinized, it can be served on a plate.

Tips;
