Shiitake mushrooms and tofu are my favorites. Tofu supplements calcium, and Shiitake can regulate blood pressure. It is rich in nutrients and tastes good.

Tofu Casserole

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Put oil in the pot, sauté the scallions and ginger after heating, stir fry the red oil in Pixian bean paste

3. Pour in the meat slices and fry until the color changes

4. Pour the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry

5. Add salt, light soy sauce

6. Pour in tofu, add appropriate amount of water, simmer for ten minutes, sprinkle coriander out of the pot

Tips:

Don't stir-fry in ordinary casserole, you need to fry it in the wok before moving it into the casserole.
