Tofu Casserole
1.
Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and pat the garlic cloves loose. Winter bamboo shoots sliced.
2.
Cut the tofu into one-inch square and one-centimeter-thick pieces, heat the pan with oil, and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
3.
Spread the fried tofu on the bottom of the casserole.
4.
In a separate oil pan, fry the star anise over a low heat to give it a fragrant flavor. Stir fry with onion, ginger, garlic.
5.
Add green beans and winter bamboo shoots, continue to stir fry, add light soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar and chicken essence.
6.
Pour the fried winter bamboo shoots, green beans, etc. into the casserole and cover the tofu.
7.
Add the dried shiitake mushrooms and water to the casserole (the broth is better), as long as the water has submerged all the ingredients.
8.
Stir-fry the minced pork until it is broken, and add it to the casserole. Turn on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour after it is boiled (if you have time, you can simmer the tofu for a while to make it more delicious).
9.
Add salt to taste as appropriate before turning off the heat. The delicious casserole tofu is made. We swept it all out today.
Tips:
If there is coriander, add a little coriander to taste better. It's a pity that we don't have one in our house. . .
