Tofu Crucian Carp Soup

Tips:
1. Although crucian carp is delicious, the thorns are relatively small. When boiling the soup, it is best not to smash it, otherwise the small thorns will enter the soup and affect the eating, especially for children. Pay more attention to it. In order to avoid cooking the fish loose, you can fry it beforehand. If you are not assured, you can pack it with clean gauze and boil it in the pot.
