Tofu Crucian Carp Soup

3 pieces of water tofu, all into four, slice ginger, cut garlic into sections, and amount of oily tofu.

The crucian carp is slaughtered (let him kill), scaled and washed.

Add oil to the pan, add garlic slices and garlic segments, and fry them to create a fragrant flavor.

Add two crucian carp and fry.

Fry until white on both sides. (It’s a rare one, it’s fried so that it doesn’t stick to the pan on both sides)

Pour the excess oil out of the pot, add a spoonful of water and cover to cook.

When the fish soup is milky white, add water tofu and oil tofu and continue to boil.

Boil for 2 or 3 minutes, add salt to taste, add garlic segments after flavor.
9.
Cover and cook, and the garlic can be served when it's cooked.
