Tofu Fish and Pickled Cabbage Soup

Ingredients.

Remove the head and tail of the tofu fish and cut the belly into three pieces.

Bring to a pot, add water to a boil, add sauerkraut tofu fish.

Cook for a minute on medium-high heat, then season to taste, chicken powder, salt, pepper, oil, ginger, and chopped celery.

Cook the sauerkraut for 2 minutes before adding the lean meat.

Tips:
1. When the sauerkraut is salty and seasoning, a little salt is enough. Later, the salt will be diluted and it will be salty.
2. Tofu fish can't be cooked too much, it will dissipate over heat.
