Tofu Fish Soup

1. Cut fish into pieces, dice tofu, mince green onions, and shred ginger

2. The fish is mixed with two or three drops of cooking wine, a small amount of salt and starch, and marinate for a while, be careful not to add light soy sauce, I just added light soy sauce 😒

3. Stir-fry garlic with hot oil

4. Pour in the fish and fry it until the color changes on both sides

5. Add appropriate amount of water to boil

6. Add tofu, add some salt, turn to high heat and boil, turn to medium heat and continue to cook for a few minutes, then the soup will turn white

7. Put it into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion, it's really delicious

Tips:

The fish soup must only use salt and not add light soy sauce, otherwise the soup will not be white; when the oil is hot, stir-fry the garlic first to remove the fishy smell to a large extent.
