Tofu Fried Loofah

Cut soft tofu into cubes and fry until both sides are yellowish. Add a spoonful.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour the loofah and stir-fry.

Pour in tofu, add a spoonful of Lao Ganma, and add a spoonful of salt.
