Tofu, Mushroom and Crucian Carp Soup

Wash the crucian carp, cut a horizontal knife, and smear with salt;

Slightly fry the crucian carp in front and back to turn yellow. If you want to cook the white soup, you must fry it once;

Add appropriate amount of water, add ginger and appropriate amount of salt;

Bring water to a boil, add sliced shiitake mushrooms and cooking wine;

After the white soup comes out, pour in the tender tofu cubes. When the tofu is boiled, add the chopped green onion and bring it out of the pot.
