Tofu Preserved Egg Intestines

Preserved egg sausage

Prepare small red peppers and green onions

Finely chop small red peppers and green onions

Large radish root strips or mustard greens chopped for later use

Prepare tofu

Divide the tofu into small pieces. Boil it with boiling water.

cool down.

Put the tofu on the colander, use a snack spoon to drain the tofu down the colander a little bit, as shown in the figure (any method is fine, the tofu is smashed without any large pieces)

Chop the preserved egg intestines

Add in the spare red peppers and chopped green onions.

Add the big root strips, add salt, sesame oil, pepper and other seasonings, and mix well.
