Tofu Roasted Bell Peppers

Remove the seeds and cut the colored peppers.

Cut the tofu into thick slices and fry in the pan.
3.
Fry until slightly yellow on both sides.
4.
Put half a bowl of water, half a tablespoon of sugar, two tablespoons of light soy sauce, and some salt.
5.
Add colored peppers.
6.
Stir-fry until the soup is all over, turn off the heat and serve.
