1.
Prepare the ingredients, cut the tofu into thick pieces, and cut the pork belly
2.
Marinate the pork belly with cooking wine
3.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot to heat up, add garlic cloves and sauté
4.
Then put the pork belly and stir fry
5.
Stir-fry until the meat turns white and the fat comes out
6.
Push the meat to the side of the pan, pour the tofu in and fry
7.
At this time, pour in the rice wine left over from the marinated pork belly
8.
After frying on one side, turn over and continue frying, and then add 2 tablespoons of water to the light soy sauce
9.
Then add the seasoning, salt and chicken essence and stir-fry until the water is dry
10.
Finally, stir-fry evenly and then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
Be careful not to flip the tofu directly with the spatula when you put the tofu into the frying. Shake the pot first. The tofu can be moved, indicating that the bottom is fried, and then you can use the spatula to turn it over, otherwise the tofu will be easily shattered!
