Tofu Rolls
1.
Put flour in a basin

Add 2 scoops of red yeast rice lees

Add water to mix the flour into a dough, wake up for 10 minutes

Roll into thin skin

Chop the tofu, add salt, green onion, ginger, and peanut oil, mix well, and spread directly on the dough

Roll up

Organize evenly

Cut into sections with a knife

Put it in the steamer

Steam on high heat for 20 minutes
Tips:
