Tofu Sea Bass

Wash the sea bass, dry it with water, apply a cross knife, and wipe the whole body with salt.

Heat the pan, put the oil, and put the fish in the pan.

After frying on both sides, put the ginger onion into the pot and sauté.

Put the tofu into the pot.

Add boiling water and heat until the soup is thick and white.

Season to taste, then serve it out of the pan and enjoy.
Tips:
1. If you want the soup to be thick and white, there are two ways, one is to put a little lard, and the other is to fry the fish to a very dry flavor, then pour it into boiling water and bring it to a boil.
2. Put more coriander, the taste is better.
