Tofu Sea Oyster Soup

First cut the tofu into small cubes, and cut the carrot into smaller pieces for later use.

Soak the fungus and dice, and finely chop the coriander.

Put a small amount of oil in the wok. After heating, put the five-spice powder and shallots in the pan, then add the diced carrots and fungus and stir fry.

Stir-fry for about half a minute, then add the right amount of water and add tofu. Wait for the water to boil before adding the sea oysters. Add an appropriate amount of salt.

The sea oysters are very cooked. You can put in the adjusted water starch in about two or three minutes, tick the gorgon, and it will be out of the pot.
