Tofu Shrimp

Kale vegetable peeled and shredded

Tofu cut into small pieces

Add some sand tea sauce to the shrimp, stir well and marinate

Wash green onions and mince
5.
Stir fry the shallots and kale with hot oil in the pot

Then add the shrimp

Finally, add tofu, fry for about 5 minutes, add salt, and stir evenly.
Tips:
If you want tofu not to break easily, soak the tofu in salt water first.
