Tofu Skin and Roasted Pork

Ingredients: pork belly, tofu skin knot, beer, green onion ginger, rock sugar, dried chili, etc.

Cut the pork belly in a pot under cold water. After the water is boiled, skim the froth to remove the dry water.

Put the blanched pork belly in a casserole and add all the spices.

Add beer a little over the ingredients.

Bring to a boil and turn to a low heat to stew.

Simmer for about 30 minutes, add tofu skin knot and salt, cover the lid and continue to simmer.

The pork belly is simmered soft and rotten. Change the high heat to thicken the soup slightly.
