Tofu Skin Glutinous Rice Rolls

Dice chicken breast, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and pepper to marinate.

Put an appropriate amount of Yuhuang peanut oil in the pot, add carrots, dried bean curd, green peas and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

Tips:
Adding fillings-meat and various vegetable shreds can be added to the tofu skin, and sausages, mushrooms, corn kernels, etc. can be added to the glutinous rice according to your own preferences.
