Tofu Skin Glutinous Rice Rolls

1. Dice chicken breast, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and pepper to marinate.

2. Put an appropriate amount of Yuhuang peanut oil in the pot, add carrots, dried bean curd, green peas and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.
