Tofu Soup

Preparation materials: tofu cut into small pieces, fish pieces to be scaled

Put the cooking oil in the wok, put the fish tail, and fry the fish on both sides with low heat

Boiling water in a soup pot

Put the fried fish pieces into boiling water

Add ginger slices, cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat

Add tofu cubes and cook for 10 minutes

Finally, season with salt and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
1. The fish should be fried to get rid of fishy;
2. Boil the water before adding the fish cubes. The fish soup will be milky white and taste delicious.
