Tofu Soup

1: Cut the ancestral name tofu into cubes, dice ham and celery, chop green onions, chop ginger, and wash the dried shrimp in water for later use.

2: After the pot is hot, add a little olive oil (you can substitute sesame oil if you like to eat sesame oil), add minced ginger and sauté until fragrant, then add water.

3: Add the dried shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes after boiling to make the dried shrimp taste out.

4: Add diced celery and ham, cook until the water boils, cook for 2-3 minutes, add a little sugar to taste.

5: Put in the tofu cubes and cook until the water boils (usually cook the tofu for 3-4 minutes, so as not to cook too old and affect the taste) add a little salt to taste.

6: Add a little black pepper, chopped green onions and turn off the heat!
