It is inexplicably joyful to receive the peas sent from afar, full of green, with the fragrance of the field. I made my favorite tofu soup with minced meat and made a juice with peas. It was green and delicious.

Tofu Soup with Minced Pork and Pea

1. Fresh peas.

2. Peel the peas and take them.

3. Take half of the peas and add appropriate amount of water, and use a food processor to beat them into juice.

4. Cut the lean meat into minced pieces.

5. Mince scallion and ginger.

6. Add oil to the wok, sauté the chopped green onion and ginger.

7. Add minced meat.

8. Stir-fry until the minced meat changes color.

9. Add the remaining diced peas and continue to stir fry.

10. Add the pea juice just made.

11. Shred the lactone tofu.

12. Add to the pot.

13. After boiling, continue to cook for a while, add water starch and continue to cook.

14. Shred the ham.

15. Put the shredded ham into the pot, boil again, season with salt and pepper.

16. Finally, add chopped shallots and chopped coriander, and drizzle a little sesame oil.

Tips:

For light soup, do not add heavy seasonings such as dark soy sauce. Simply season with salt and pepper.
