Tofu Soup with Radish and Shrimp Skin

Dice green onion and ginger, boil peas, and wash shrimp skin.

Slice the radish, cut the tofu into pieces and soak in boiling water with one gram of salt.

Wash the vermicelli and soak on it.

Add 5ml of oil and pepper to the pot and stir fry until fragrant.

Take out the peppercorns and half of the ginger and stir-fry the radish to remove the spicy flavor of the radish.

Stir-fry for a few minutes, add water to boil, cook until radish is five mature, add tofu and vermicelli.

Add 10ml of oil to another pot, add the remaining ginger and shrimp skins and stir-fry until golden brown, pour in 250ml of boiling water and cook over high heat.

The cooked shrimp skin soup is milky white.

Pour the cooked radish soup into the shrimp skin soup, add salt, pepper and chicken essence.

Mix thoroughly, add peas and chives

The soup from the pot is served in a bowl.
Tips:
There is little tofu, so there is no blanching. Soaking in boiled water with salt can also remove purines. The fried shrimp skins should be boiled in water (the shrimp skins should be lightly salted). Coriander can be added a little more fragrant.
