Tofu Stewed with Crucian Carp

Choose a crucian carp, wash it off and marinate it with salt and rice wine for 10 minutes

Soak the tofu in salt water to remove the beany taste

Fry golden brown on both sides in hot pan and oil

Add ginger, garlic, chili, rice wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white sugar to taste

Put in tofu, half of the water is over the fish

Tips:
When frying the fish, don't turn it randomly, or the skin will break.
