Tofu Stewed with Jelly

1. The tofu you bought is still delicious.

2. Cut the tofu into small pieces for later use

3. This is the mung bean jelly I bought, it is crystal clear and beautiful

4. Sliced jelly

5. Shredded cabbage, it's so delicious

6. Pour oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, pour in the cabbage jelly and tofu and stir fry together

7. Pour a little Verdami and stir fry together. These kinds of foods don’t need a lot of heat, so the order doesn’t matter much.

8. Cover and simmer for a while and wait for it to be out of the pot
