Tofu Stuffed

The north tofu is cut into a diamond shape and then hollowed out

Add salt to the minced meat, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil consumption, chopped green onion, minced ginger, cooking wine, starch. Stir well and set aside

Take a small bowl and add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil consumption, salt, and some water to make a juice

Stuff the minced meat into the tofu and fill it up

Heat the wok. Add some cooking oil to heat and then add tofu and fry (fry the meat first)

After frying, turn over and fry the other side

Pour in the pre-adjusted sauce and bring it to a boil, then turn to a low heat and simmer

After cooking, turn the pot and turntable
Tips:
When frying tofu, you can turn it over with chopsticks or a spoon to prevent the tofu from breaking apart
