Tofu Vegetarian Steak

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot. After the water is boiled, boil the mushrooms in the pot for 1-2 minutes until the mushrooms are soft, then remove them and place them in cold water.

Squeeze the dried mushrooms and cut into mince, mince carrots, mince onions and set aside.

The tofu is crushed, and the more crushed, the better. The tofu uses northern tofu, which is old tofu with less moisture.

Add onions, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms to the minced tofu.

Add flour, soy sauce, and salt.

Beat in the eggs and stir evenly with chopsticks.

Let stand for 10 minutes.

You can slightly dip the palm of your hand with water, and take an appropriate amount to form a ball. Then squeeze it with the palm of your hand, you can thin it slightly, and it will fry faster.

Use a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, heat it up in advance, and brush a thin layer of cold oil. Don't use a lot of oil. When frying, be sure to use a low heat throughout the process.

After turning it over, it was still fried on low heat until both sides were slightly golden. I fry for about 6-7 minutes to make sure it is cooked through. (Be careful when turning it over, too much force may break the tofu.)
