Tofu with Chives

Remove the old roots of enoki mushrooms and blanch them with boiling water.

Tofu shreds and shallots cut into sections. After blanching the enoki mushrooms, place them in cold water and use a colander to control the moisture.

Put the ingredients in a basin, pour in the light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil and mix well.
