Tofu with Diced Pork

Cut tofu into pieces.

Cut the lean pork into large cubes, add a little light soy sauce to marinate, and cut the bacon (I salted myself) into thin slices.

Cut the green pepper into pieces with a hob.

Shred green onion, dried red pepper, and cut garlic into cloves.

Fry the tofu into a frying pan and fry the golden brown on both sides and remove.

Continue to heat the oil pan, add garlic cloves, green onions, and dried red pepper until fragrant.

Add in the bacon and fry out the oil, add in the lean pork and fry until cooked.

Add green pepper and fry until broken.

Finally, add tofu and stir fry, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, oyster sauce, add water starch, sprinkle appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry chicken essence evenly.
