Tofu with Egg

Prepare ingredients. One piece of tofu, two eggs, some chopped green onions.

Boil the tofu in boiling water first, remove it for later use, and give it a spoonful of salt when cooking.

Coat both sides of the tofu with cornstarch.

Pour a little oil in the pan, add the tofu coated with cornstarch and fry until golden on both sides.

Beat two eggs, add an appropriate amount of salt, and then add chopped green onion.
