Tofu with Enoki Mushroom
1.
Wash enoki mushrooms and tear them apart for later use.
2.
Rinse a piece of southern tofu with cold water. Cut into small pieces for later use.
3.
Heat oil, medium heat, add soybean paste and stir fry evenly.
4.
Continue to medium heat, put the tofu in the pot, slowly stir-fry the tofu evenly, and coat it with bean paste. Add another spoonful of pepper powder, a small spoonful of salt, and a small amount of dark soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry evenly.
5.
Spread enoki mushrooms on the surface of the tofu, reduce the heat to a low heat, and cover the pot. Stir for 2 minutes, and stir fry the tofu together with the enoki mushrooms. Turn off the heat and start the pot.
Tips:
Stir the tofu slowly without breaking it. Before adding the enoki mushrooms, add all the seasonings. Always use medium heat, as high heat tends to stick to the pan. Tips: Do not put oil in the pepper and directly stir-fry the pepper on a low heat, and stir-fry until it has a fragrance and the color of the pepper is changed. Roll the noodle into a pepper powder.
