Tofu with Meat

Prepare tofu.

Add the meat filling wine, starch, chicken essence, soy sauce, salt, green onion and ginger and mix thoroughly.

Cut the tofu into large square pieces about 3 cm.

The middle is hollowed out, but the bottom should be connected.

Fill up the meat.

Add a little broth to the steamer.

Tips:
Tofu can be slightly boiled in water to remove the beany taste.
