Tofu with Minced Meat

Cut the tofu into cubes, put water in a pot, boil, add a little salt, boil in the pot for 3 minutes, drain the water, and set aside.
Add light soy sauce and starch to the minced pork and mix thoroughly.

Mince the onion and garlic and set aside.

Hot pot, cold oil.

Add minced pork, stir-fry, then add minced garlic, and continue to fry.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, seasoning and toning.

Add boiling water and bring to a boil.

Slide in the tofu.

Simmer on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes, and taste.

Add chicken essence, water starch to thicken, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
