Tofu with Minced Meat

Cut the tofu into small pieces and microwave for 2 to minutes in the microwave.

Dip the tofu evenly with dry flour and shake off the excess flour

Fry it in a 180-degree oil pan (the induction cooker I use, which is 70% to 80% hot with gas) and fry it into golden brown. Take it out for use.

The fried tofu is golden brown

Cut the green onions and ginger into froth, and cut the garlic sprouts into small pieces for later use.

Heat the oil in the pot. When it is 30% hot, add the chopped green onion and ginger.

Add minced meat to the pot and stir fry.

Add garlic stalks and stir-fry until the color changes, then add cooking wine.

Add the dark soy sauce, sugar, and salt to the pot and stir well, then add boiling water (you can add more if you like vegetable soup)

Then add the fried tofu cubes and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add chicken essence, pour a little wet starch, and add sesame oil before boiling. Serve.
