Tofu with Minced Meat
1.
Cut tofu, pig's head, garlic, and green onion minced.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat and fry until the color changes.

Add minced garlic and saute.
4.
Add tempeh and Pixian bean paste and stir well.
5.
Add 2/3 bowl of water and bring to a boil.
6.
Add tofu.
7.
Add light soy sauce.
8.
Season with salt, cover and cook for five minutes.
9.
Put starch in the bowl, and stir well with three spoons of water.
10.
Add starch water and cook for one minute.
11.
Sprinkle chopped green onions at the end.
Tips:
For tofu, the old tofu I use can also be replaced with other tofu. It depends on personal preference.
