Tofu with Mushroom

Wash the main ingredients and set aside.

Cut the tofu into 1 cm thick slices and set aside. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water to rise.

Slice the pork belly and add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce to marinate. Carrots and green pepper slices.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan to fry the tofu slices into golden brown and get out of the pan.

Stir-fry the green peppers and carrot slices with a little leftover oil in the pan.

After sauteing the green onion and ginger, add the meat and stir fry. When the meat is cooked, add the mushrooms and salt. When the mushrooms become soft, add chicken essence, maltose, oyster sauce and a little water. Let the flavors of the ingredients fully blend.

Add the fried tofu to taste. Add green peppers and carrots and stir fry. Pour water and starch out of the pot.
