Put 1 tablespoon of vegetables and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan on high heat, put 2-3 star anise and 2-3 garlic, when the aroma comes out, turn off the heat, put the sliced tofu and the shiitake mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms. If you cut the tofu in half, leave it alone after you put the tofu. When the surface of the tofu is sweaty, turn it over again. While frying the tofu, fry the shiitake mushrooms, so that its aroma can penetrate into the tofu, and the tofu will become light golden. Yellow is fine, let's fire up again.

Pour in tofu and mushrooms that have just been fried, add 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, and 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes without lid.

Collect the juice on high heat, and 1 tablespoon of water starch, take a few pockets, don't collect too dry, you should leave an appropriate amount of juice, and then sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and turn it a few times.

Put the cooked vegetables on top of the broccoli.

1. Cut the tofu into long cubes, increase the heated surface and fry it in a pan to make the surface of the tofu loose and produce pores, which can absorb the umami taste and fragrance;
2. Use chicken to increase the flavor; (I think that in case there is no chicken, pork can also be used.)
3. It is necessary to simmer for a while, and only after simmering can the taste be delicious;
Fourth, adding oyster sauce is also a good way to increase the umami taste.
Experience: Each brand of oyster sauce has different saltiness. You should try the taste before using it. If it is too salty, you should reduce the amount of light soy sauce and salt accordingly.
