Tofu with Oyster Sauce

1. Prepare ingredients: old tofu, green pepper, sweet pepper;

5. Close the lid, turn on the power, set the time to 12 minutes;

7. Remove the frying basket in the air fryer, and install the stirrer; drip an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the air fryer, add the minced green onion, ginger, and garlic; close the lid and set the time for 1 minute;

8. Put in the fried tofu slices, close the lid, set the time for 1 minute;

9. Put the juice prepared in step 3; close the lid and set the time for 1 minute;

10. Add green peppers and sweet peppers, close the lid, set the time for 5 minutes;

11. After the air fryer program is over, just pour out the 【Oyster Sauce Tofu】.

Tips:

1. The air fryer is very fuel-efficient, so you don't need to put too much oil;
2. The air fryer has an automatic turning function, so there is no need to turn the ingredients;
