Tofu with Oyster Sauce

Prepare ingredients: old tofu, green pepper, sweet pepper;

Wash the old tofu and cut into triangular slices; remove the stems and seeds of the green peppers and sweet peppers, and then cut them into pieces;

Finely chop old ginger, garlic, and shallots; add salt, chicken powder, oyster sauce, sugar, rattan pepper oil, and purified water into a bowl and mix well;

Place the frying basket in the air fryer, brush a layer of vegetable oil, put in the tofu slices, and brush another layer of vegetable oil on the surface of the tofu;

Close the lid, turn on the power, set the time to 12 minutes;

Pour out the fried tofu;

Remove the frying basket in the air fryer, and install the stirrer; drip an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the air fryer, add the minced green onion, ginger, and garlic; close the lid and set the time for 1 minute;

Put in the fried tofu slices, close the lid, set the time for 1 minute;
9.
Put the juice prepared in step 3; close the lid and set the time for 1 minute;
10.
Add green peppers and sweet peppers, close the lid, set the time for 5 minutes;
11.
After the air fryer program is over, just pour out the 【Oyster Sauce Tofu】.
Tips:
1. The air fryer is very fuel-efficient, so you don't need to put too much oil;
2. The air fryer has an automatic turning function, so there is no need to turn the ingredients;
