Tofu with Oyster Sauce

Tofu cut into small cubes

Chopped green onion and diced red pepper

Put all the seasonings except light soy sauce and salt in a bowl and mix well

Add the tofu in a hot pan with hot oil, and fry on medium to low heat

Fry until one side changes color and then turn it over

Fry both sides until golden brown, then evenly sprinkle in salt, pour in the light soy sauce, and shake the pot a few times
7.
Pour the seasoning juice into the bowl and shake it evenly
8.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and diced red pepper to decorate
Tips:
Be sure to choose north tofu instead of polyester tofu. Use more oyster sauce, and reduce the amount of salt.
