Tofu with Pumpkin Sauce

1. Take out the whole piece of soft tofu and serve it on a plate; soak the sea rice in warm water for 20 minutes; peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into pieces.

2. Put the tofu in a steamer, steam over high heat for 5 minutes, pour out the water in the dish.

3. Steam the pumpkin for 10 minutes and take it out.

4. When it cools slightly, press the back of a spoon to puree.

5. The sea rice is soaked well and chopped with a knife.

6. Heat the oil in the pan to 70% hot.

7. Add minced garlic and dried sea rice and saute until fragrant.

8. Add soy sauce.

9. Add oyster sauce.

10. Add sugar.

11. Add pumpkin puree and a small amount of water to boil and turn to low heat for five minutes. Pour the finished pumpkin sauce on the tofu.
